1300 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 1300 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.
These terms take effect from the date they were last updated. Continued use of the 1300 platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 1300 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use the 1300 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Not be prohibited by your local laws from participating in online betting activities.
- Register only one personal account for yourself — third-party registrations or accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted.
- Providing registration information that is truthful, accurate, and kept up to date at all times.
1300 reserves the right to reject any registration or terminate any user account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Identity Verification
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 1300 platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information, including your full name, a valid email address, and phone number. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or if any suspicious activity is detected on your account. Documents that may be requested include a copy of a valid MyKad or passport.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1300 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Any activity that occurs under your account prior to the report being made is your sole responsibility.
General User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the 1300 platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes that may affect other users or the reputation of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the normal operations of the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access it.
- Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
- Any form of money laundering through betting activity.
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
Official Currency
All transactions on the 1300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in the same currency. If you transact using a method that involves currency conversion, any exchange rate differences and associated costs are entirely the user's responsibility.
Supported Deposit Methods
1300 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian users:
- FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — direct transfers from local banks including Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Bank Islam, and other FPX-supported banks.
- TNG eWallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet) — a widely used e-wallet in Malaysia.
Deposits are usually credited within minutes of a successful transaction. If you experience any delay, please contact our customer support team with proof of your transaction.
Withdrawals & Limits
Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the user's name only. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary depending on the method selected and your account verification status. 1300 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain limits. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Important Notice: Ensure that the bank account or e-wallet details you register are accurate and belong to you. 1300 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect withdrawal information provided by the user.
4. Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension Policy
1300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:
- Fraud, attempted fraud, or suspicious activity.
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Duplicate registrations or attempts to open a new account after an existing account has been closed.
- Failure to verify your identity within the required timeframe during the verification process.
- Any instruction from a relevant authority or court order.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld while an investigation is ongoing. If the account is closed at the user's own request with no violations involved, any eligible balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.
Platform Liability Limits
The 1300 platform is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including temporary technical failures, service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our control (force majeure). 1300's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 1300 platform — including interface design, logos, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 1300 or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from 1300. Personal, non-commercial use for the purpose of viewing platform content is permitted, provided it does not breach these terms.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 1300 platform may contain references to third-party service providers such as game suppliers and payment processors. These links and integrations are provided for user convenience only. 1300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies separately.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
1300 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels. Users agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any legal action relating to the 1300 platform lies in Malaysia.
